Senior Pastoral Search Committee Updates:

The Pastoral Search Committee ("Committee") is composed of Danny, Mira, and Newman, along with John (Leadership board) and Gloria (Pastoral staff). They will be guided by Rev. Ray Chang (Ambassador Church).

The Committee held its first meeting this week. The Committee will meet with the Leadership board within the next few weeks. Please pray for the members of the committee as well as the candidate that God has chosen to be our senior pastor.

The Committee has met with the Leadership Board to outline some general ideas about what the prospective senior pastor should "look" like. A profile will be developed by the Board to assist the Committee in narrowing down candidates. The Committee expects to have a "job listing" drafted by the middle of the month. At which time, they will be accepting resumes.

It was nice to have Shannon visit our church. We are definitely praying for discernment. We are thankful that God is listening to our prayers and confident that God is working on fabulous things for IC!! Let's keep our heads up and trust in God's power...it's only been 4 months. Strength in prayer!!!!!!
